Why do I have a weak immune system?

I have severe allergies, seasonal and chronic, I get sick often and recover slowly. Hay fever can leave me bedridden for days and many medications don't work for me. But I don't understand why. I eat healthy, whole organic foods, never eat processed foods, and exercise daily. I don't smoke cigarettes, I maintain proper hygiene....I mean, I shower daily and even floss every night. I go to the dentist and doctor when in supposed to. I live in a rural area, get plenty of fresh air and am not exposed to environmental toxins. I use hypoallergenic bedding and cleaners, all my clothes are made of natural fibers. But this all doesn't stop me from getting frequent viruses and colds that last a long time, or from sneezing and itching during allergy season. I'm starting immunotherapy soon but I'm dubious as to how effective it will be. No amount of medication in the past has seemed to ease symptoms, or work like it does for others. Im sure it's not a karma issue either, lol...I pay my taxes on time and volunteer. I get so angry when my best friend boasts how he can eat whatever he wants, keep a messy house and never visit a doctor, and still be a picture of health. Was I just born this way? What else can I do to boost my immune system? I dont take vitamins, is that it? I'm desperate to live my life without being sick all the time.

Well, i'm almost 13 and I want to know how to do a back handspring. I've been looking up videos of them for the past 3 days, but every time I try my handspring I do the thing where your sitting in a chair position, then when I'm about to fall I jump, but I just fall. okaay so iv been boarding for about 5-6 years now. I learned to board pretty quickly considering i taught myself. I can go down black diamond hills with carving and such. Lol does anyone find it funny how liberals say prohibition of drugs failed, yet they think it'll work for guns?

Me personally, I don't like paying taxes on sending bums to jail and giving them a warm bed and free food. I cannot keep to a regular diet and exercise schedule. Not self disciplined enough. But i have recently been eating a lot of muesli and prunes and cereal every day. I still am eating a bit of chocolate, occasional chips and 2 minute noodles. If i try to eat a lot of fibre and try to go for a 15 minute run some skipping maybe and half an hour on the trampoline every day can i lose about 5 kilo's in 3 weeks? As long as you continue to perform cardio 3-5 days per week, you should not gain your weight back. Especially considering your only upping the calorie intake by 200-400, I do not see where there should be a problem. Just make sure are consistent with diet and exercise. I injured my knees through irish dancing?

i injured my knees about 2 years ago through irish dancing. I went to the doctors twice and then to the hospital for an x-ray. They told me i sprained a ligament in my knee so i stopped my dancing for a few months and everything. After i went back and i would do all the dances it would hurt so i stopped completly and now i get pain in my knees all the time whether it be walking to school walking up and down the stairs even as im laying down it feels like its twisted so i have to lift it up straight and it would be ok for a while and when im on the trampoline my knees would collapse after about 5 minutes of jumping on it. Help With Getting Her Back!?

I really really like this girl and I need help getting her back. I started talking to her in the beginning of the school year and we hit off great and both liked each other a lot. After a basketball game night we kissed and I was ready to ask her out soon. But then at a school dance the next week she got asked out by this kid and said yes. I am 67 years old and have been going to Portugal for the past six years, the last five to the Algarve. I once read that The Algarve is not the real Portugal due to all of the English pubs and restaurants. I decided that the Algarve can be the "real" Portugal if I learn a bit of the language and go mostly to small, local places. I was correct. Now I go to Olhos de Agua each year for two or three months (one year I will stay). I have two favorite places one of which is called Bar Escondidinho which is truly a little hidden away place. Manuela owns and manages the bar with help from her two daughters, both of whom speak excellent English. One day a Portuguese couple who spoke English came in while Manuela & I were talking. The man asked me if I spoke Portuguese and I replied "not much". He said but we know Manuela and you seem to be having a good conversation. I told them, in Portuguese so that I knew Manuela would understand, falamos um pouco em portugu�s, um pouco em ingl�s, um pouco em espanhol e muito com as m�os. My mom got the biggest pool we could last year. We haven't put it up yet this year. She just went and bought a gazeebo to put where the pool went (we have an outside bar that will go in the gazeebo) and she bought ANOTHER pool. My friend is 12, I don't know what to do.?

I think we could produce the products better than foreign corporations if we didn't make so many regulations for businesses to follow. Nowadays there are so many unnecessary rules to follow, that it isn't worth it to even bother. Extreme Couponing at Food Town, Is this coupon fraud? Coupons at Food Town?

I've recently started couponing and very recently started couponing at Food Town. What I saw at several stores around the Houston/Sugar Land area really disturbed me. I wanted to know if what I saw is coupon fraud. At one location a cashier was pulling 55� peelie coupons off of products of Shout so he could send them in to the manafacture letting the store be reimbursed without any customer having redeemed them. At three other Food Towns I spied them manually entering in taxable coupons as non taxable/food coupons so an item would be doubled taxed. Here in Texas as well as a few other states by law the manafacture must pay the tax for the consumer. It's keyed into the coupons. So Food Town is letting their customer pay taxes on something that has already been paid for by the manafacture. New extreme couponers probably wouldn't have even noticed. Anyway, is this coupon fraud?

Is my ankle sprained?

I twisted my ankle badly today on a slip and slide. It hurt for a few minutes but then it felt fine so i continued to play and later jumped a lot on the trampoline. I don't remember doing anything to re-irritate it except for jumping and running around, but after i sat down for a few minutes it started to hurt when i moved it, like it needed to be 'popped' or something. I continued to walk on it even though it was an annoying pain, but not bad but it only got worse. Now (a few hours later) its EXTREMELY painful to walk in, where stepping on it wrong brings tears to my eyes. I can move it, so i don't think its broke. Is it sprained? Okay, so yesterday at school I got my period, which sucks! I knew it would be coming. I got it exactly a week after my 15th birthday, so I guess I`m a bit of a late bloomer but not really.
