Why do you suppose Barack Hussein 0bama demands higher taxes and only some budget cuts?

I believe 0bama to be a rank amateur at best for the job he holds. He CLEARLY does not understand how government can create an atmosphere for private sector job growth. Either that or he just doesn't care.
