I want to do a front flip off a diving board but i don't know how to do one?

I want to do a front flip in water, but i don't have a pool. I wanna be able to do it at a town pool but i wanna know how do do one before i go there. I have a trampoline but i don't know if that will help me get good at front flips in water? Help?!?!?
