How do I get my mom to stay out of it?

I visited my dad two weeks ago. I was really bored, so I asked my dad if I could have a friend over. I was scared my dad would embarrass me, so I invited someone my dad already knew. But my dad hasn't seen him in like, 5 years or so. We were in the living room watching tv, but my dad went there too and started getting really annoying. So we went outside on the trampoline. We started jumping, then he feel and pulled me down with him. And we just started wrestling (just play wrestling), and he got on top of me and we just kinda hugged and stayed there. But my dad came out of the house telling him to get off of me, and that was just really awkward and embarrassing. My friend went home like, 20 minutes after that. Then my dad started yelling at me telling me I'm too young to have a boyfriend (I'm only 14). He isn't even my boyfriend, he is a good looking guy and everything but I don't see him in that way. And when I tried to talk to him about it he was all like "I don't wanna hear it!". And he just doesn't understand how embarrassing that was, and he won't even listen to me. What really bothers me isn't the fact that he embarrassed me, but the fact that he won't even give me a chance to explain. I'm just mad right now, and my mom keeps telling me I should go and see him. How do I get her to stay out of it?
