I hurt my hip from jumping on a trampoline?

I jumped too high on a trampoline, because of being double jumped by my sister, and i lost my balance and fell. I hit the concrete below me on my tail bone, now i cant lift my left leg. What did I do? I cant go to the hospital because I don't have health insurance. And Im only 14 and using my moms account to do this.
