Will i lose 10 pounds by doing this?
Not only will your chances of loosing weight are high, but you are also doing it in a healthy way. Good job on that. And increasing your cardio by 40 minutes more will definitely increase your weight loss chances even more. For your height, 100 lbs is kind of pushing it, it would be very skinny but ok as long as you are doing what you said, exercise and healthy food. Some people naturally have a bigger frame, does not mean they are fat but will not loose the weight they want like 10 lbs if they are your height and 110 lbs. BUT GOOD LUCK. I know you will def be toned and healthy.
