Maplestory not starting Windows 7?

I just downloaded Maplestory and for some reason it doesnt work. It has no error report or anything. Hackshield will load and than nothing happens, maplestory is supposed to pop up but it doesnt, it just doesnt start. i have allowed it through windows firewall and through my virus protection, also tried setting it to play like windows xp or vista and then ran it as an administrator. it just doesnt start. help nao
